{"id":950,"date":"2020-10-14T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-14T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foodistini.de\/?p=950"},"modified":"2021-06-12T13:21:07","modified_gmt":"2021-06-12T11:21:07","slug":"chilli-con-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodistini.de\/en\/chilli-con-carne\/","title":{"rendered":"Chilli con Carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My plan for the next chilly, grey autumn day: cook this chilli, cuddle up with a heat blanket on the sofa and watch a good movie while eating this.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3><strong>Recipe &#8211; Chilli con Carne<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Amount:<\/em> 4 portions<br \/>\n<em>Prep time:<\/em> 60 minutes<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2 onions<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 Tbsp oil<br \/>\n400 g ground beef<br \/>\n250 g cooked kidney beans<br \/>\n125 g corn<br \/>\n500 g pureed tomatoes<br \/>\n250 ml broth<br \/>\n1 Tbsp honey<br \/>\n1 Tbsp conamon<br \/>\n1 Tbsp chilli flakes<br \/>\nsalt, pepper<br \/>\noptional: sour cream &amp; tortilla chips<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Peel 2 onions and cut them into fine cubes. Cut up 2 garlic cloves.<\/p>\n<p>Brown the onion cubes in a pot with 1 Tbsp of oil.<\/p>\n<p>Then add the garlic and 400 g ground beef. Sautee well.<\/p>\n<p>Once the ground beef is no longer pink add the remaining ingredients (250 g cooked kidney beans, 125 g corn, 500 g pureed tomatoes, 250 ml broth, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp cinnamon, 1 Tbsp chills flakes).<\/p>\n<p>Let the chill cook on low temperature, barely simmering for at least 30 minutes but preferably up to 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Season with salt and pepper to taste.
