And therefore without further ado:<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3><strong>Recipe &#8211; Carrot-Couscous-Bowl<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Amount:<\/em> 2 portions<br \/>\n<em>Prep time:<\/em> 30 minutes<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1 Tsp pepper<br \/>\n1 Tsp paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp fennel<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp salt<br \/>\nZest of 1 lemon<br \/>\n1 Tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 can cooked chickpeas, about 400 g<br \/>\n100 g feta<br \/>\nJuice of 1\/2 lemon<br \/>\n1 Tsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp dried cilantro<br \/>\n150 g carrot<br \/>\n1\/2 cup couscous<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 390\u00b0 F (200\u00b0 C, upper and lower heat).<\/p>\n<p>In an ovenproof bowl mix the spices (1 Tsp pepper, 1 Tsp paprika, 1\/2 Tsp fennel, 1\/2 Tsp cumin, 1\/2 Tsp salt). Add the zest of one lemon and 1 Tbsp olive oil to the mix and stir well.<\/p>\n<p>Now stir in 400 g chickpeas and 100 g feta in crumbs.<\/p>\n<p>Bake in the often at 390\u00b0 F (200\u00b0 F, upper and lower heat) for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile stir the juice of 1\/2 a lemon with 1 Tsp soy sauce and 1\/2 Tsp cilantro into a dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Grate 150 g carrots and add to the dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Boil some water. Add half a cup of couscous to the carrots and add just enough boiling water to barely cover the couscous.<\/p>\n<p>Let steam until the chickpeas are done.
