{"id":1375,"date":"2021-02-06T14:32:15","date_gmt":"2021-02-06T12:32:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foodistini.de\/?p=1375"},"modified":"2021-10-09T10:13:42","modified_gmt":"2021-10-09T08:13:42","slug":"quarkbroetchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodistini.de\/en\/quarkbroetchen\/","title":{"rendered":"Jogurt Pan Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If I am in need of a quick side dish for a <a href=\"http:\/\/foodistini.de\/en\/chilli-con-carne\/\">chilli<\/a> or a <a href=\"http:\/\/foodistini.de\/en\/bohneneintopf\/\">stew<\/a>, my go to at the moment are these fluffy and ridiculously easy pan rolls.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3><strong>Recipe &#8211; Jogurt Pan Rolls<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Amount:<\/em> 4 rolls<br \/>\n<em>Prep time:<\/em> 15 minutes<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">130 g flour<br \/>\n1 Tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp salt<br \/>\n50 g plain jogurt<br \/>\n80 g milk<br \/>\n1 Tsp butter<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>In a bowl, stir the dry ingredients (130 g flour, 1 Tsp baking powder, 1\/2 Tsp salt) together with a fork.<\/p>\n<p>Add in 50 g plain jogurt and 80 g milk (yes, 80 g as I just weight the milk &#8211; it&#8217;s quicker and less dishes to do) and stir together with the fork. A very sticky dough will form.<\/p>\n<p>In a pan with a matching lid heat up 1 Tsp butter.<\/p>\n<p>Scoop up 4 dough blobs with the fork and place them in the hot butter. I will not care about them being irregular as long as they don&#8217;t touch each other. Bake on high heat under the lid for a short while, flip and turn heat down to medium.<\/p>\n<p>Bake until cooked through for a total of approximately 10 minutes under the lid.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><em>Since I always make 4 and these always get eaten, I can&#8217;t say anything about how long they would keep.<\/em><br \/>\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If I am in need of a quick side dish for a chilli or a stew, my go to at the moment are these fluffy and ridiculously easy pan rolls.
