And therefor the perfect &#8220;but we should go grocery shopping, since we have nothing left to eat in the fridge&#8221;-meal.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3><strong>Recipe &#8211; Bean stew<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Amount:<\/em> 2 portions<br \/>\n<em>Prep time:<\/em> 20 minutes<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1 onion<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 Tbsp oil<br \/>\n250 g cooked white beans<br \/>\n250 g cooked kindey beans<br \/>\n125 g corn<br \/>\n500 g pureed tomatoes<br \/>\n500 ml broth<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp maple syrup<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp balsamic vinegar<br \/>\n1 spring onions<br \/>\nsalt, pepper<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Peel and cut cup 1 onion. Also cut up 2 garlic cloves.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pot. Brown the onions in the pot.<\/p>\n<p>Once the onions are a light brown add the garlic. Sautee for just a few seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Then add 250 g white beans, 250 g kidney beans, 125 g corn, 500 g pureed tomatoes, 500 ml broth, 1\/2 Tsp maple syrup and 1\/2 Tsp balsamic vinegar.<\/p>\n<p>Let the stew cook for at least 10 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile wash and cut the spring onion.<\/p>\n<p>Season the stew and serve garnished with the spring onion.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><em>Keeps about 2 days in the fridge.<\/em><br \/>\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I would like to present: a meal, that I can cook just with the ingredients from my pantry.
